If you are dissatisfied with any of the books, patterns, or supplies you order through our pattern shop for any reason, please return it in original condition and we will exchange it or issue a credit or refund immediately.

For all of our public servants out there, we want you to know that this guarantee is null and void wherever prohibited, restricted, taxed, or used as a basis for nexus.

However, for all of you private individuals, if your local government prohibits us from offering a guarantee, keep in mind that we want all of our customers to be satisfied, so always call us if there is a problem.
