12" BabyDoll with 3" play doll


Course Description

Students will learn to shape and needle model a bald baby;s head with no stitches showing. Head will be attached to a pre-sewn body to be stuffed in class. Baby fists will be made and stitched to the stuffed arms. Pattern and instructions will be sent to each student several weeks prior to the class.

Kit Contents—$5 Kit Fee ($10 Value) — payable to instructor in class

Pattern, directions, nylon head and hand materials. Piecemakers 3-1/2" doll needle and John James #9 long darning needle.

Classroom Supplies (Provided by Mimi)

Thread, drapery thread, powdered color, brushes, hemostats, Airtex Premium stuffing material.

Students Bring

Swiss Metrosene 100% polyester thread in a neutral color. Scissors for cutting thread and fabric, purpule ari soluable pen. Hand lotion for use before handling nylon stocking material. Emery board for filing nails before handling nylon stocking material. Thimble if student is used to sewing with one.
